UK Domestic Orders:
Free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) is entitled to orders totalling £50 or more.
For orders below this amount:
Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) : £3.29 (Standard)
The shipping cost for your order is automatically displayed at checkout.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Once the order is despatched, the order may not be cancelled and the shipping fee will not be refunded. (Apply to the orders that are entitled to free shipping)
Please ensure the provided shipping address is correct. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if the recipient misses the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee (10% of the entire order amount) and a shipping fee for redelivery will be charged.
A handling fee will still apply If you want to cancel your order after ordering. (10% of the entire order amount) We will assess the returned items and verify if they are in the same condition as when we sent them out before issuing the refund.
Pre-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, we will ship all items once they are available. Please review the estimated time for each pre-order to manage expectations. If you wish to receive currently available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders
